Raspberry Ginger Smoothie

Full fat & feel good. Tastes like frozen yogurt. 


🥑1 whole over ripe avocado

🥥 2 Tbsp full fat coconut milk from the can

🍓1/2 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries

🥄 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen

🍶 @greenhousejuice ginger shot or 2” fresh ginger 💦 1/2 cup water .

Blend and top with coconut flakes and frozen raspberries
