Instructions: Take 1-2 teaspoons daily for immune support and up to 1-2 tablespoons daily if you already have a cough or cold.

We make our own Elderberry Soda using frozen berries, sparkling water and 1-2 tsp. of Elderberry Syrup.
Ingredients: Organic elderberries, Ontario unpasteurized honey, Ceylon cinnamon and organic fresh ginger root.
