Tinctures offer a way to capture the nutritional essence and vitality of the leaf, flower or root of a plant. They are traditionally made by infusing the fresh plant material in alcohol for 6-8 weeks.
How to use: Add 2-3 droppers full to hot water or herbal tea 1-3 times daily before a meal, on an empty stomach, or whenever you feel called to (that's your body's intuition guiding you). If properly stored at room temperature tinctures of this nature last 3-5 years, though I often use mine up within 6 months.
