Low dose over a long period of time. Practice small, do-able habits regularly. Adding herbal tinctures to your routine won’t give you immediate results, but long term herbal tinctures such as Dandelion (as seen in photo) are known for supporting liver function and providing micronutrients such as iron, potassium, calcium and vitamins A, B & C.
