Planting A Practice was started in anticipation of moments like these - to find guidance from within myself using whatever resources available to me to get through the fear, the exhaustion, the forgetting to eat and forgetting to trust and just be a witness to it all. Our self care practices are constantly adapting in order to keep up to us. What works one day may not work the next. May my posts and products simply be a reminder to you to take time to practice.
