DIY Natural Cleaning Spray

Cassandra Stuart

{2 recipes} You can really start anywhere on your natural-health-journey! But why bother? Toxins are sneaky, they find their way on to our skin, into our lungs and overwhelm our gut, making us feel anything from headaches and anxiety to constipation, painful periods or in my case an ovarian cyst.

Do you know that the average person in the industrialized world has over 7,000 toxins circulating in their body? Gross!! Swapping out one of your toxic household cleaners is easier, cheaper and more effective than you might think and it helps reduce the toxic body burden on our precious vessels enormously.
______________
Recipe Orange-Infused Vinegar:
1 organic orange* why organic? You don’t want any pesticides in your cleaning vinegar do you?
250mL glass mason jar
White vinegar
Time (about 4 weeks)
______________
Fill a clean glass jar with organic orange rind (rind only, no pulp. *And make sure you enjoy eating the orange first 😉 ) Top with white vinegar. Label and date the jar: organic orange peels in white vinegar with today’s date and the date 4 weeks from now. Place on a shelf away from direct sunlight. Shake every now and again, (daily if you remember). Strain, decant into a new glass jar and store in the fridge for up to a year.
