HERB & NUT PULP CRACKER RECIPE
• 2 cups nut pulp (I used a mix of cashews and almonds)
• 6 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
• 2-3 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
• 2-3 tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Roll mix between two sheets of parchment paper until about 1/8" thick. Remove top sheet of parchment and bake at 350 for about 20-25min, flipping once and baking another 10min. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days, but truthfully they'll likely be eaten up before then.
