Flax Seed Crackers

Made with only a few ingredients, these gluten-free, grain-free crackers will make your mouth water and your bellies sing.

Flax is amazing at binding to excess toxins in the body; helping the body eliminate naturally by gently removing excess waste including hormones like estrogen and everyday toxins that we pick up in our environment. Flax also help to nourish the brain with omega 3 fatty acids so that it can think clearly and perform optimally.

They taste... 

Nutty, savoury, crunchy, earthy and neutral (making them an excellent pairing with your favourite spread).

Takes 25 min. to make and serves about 24 crackers

Ingredients:

3/4 cup ground flax seeds

3/4 cup whole sesame seeds

2 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

Optional toppings 2 tbsp chia or fresh herbs

Make them like so...

Mix and let stand for 10 minutes for dough to thicken. 

Roll between 2 sheets of parchment paper

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until edges brown

*Will crisp as they cool. Break into desired sizes once cooled.
