No Bake Granola Bars

Fellow oatmeal lovers, switch it up with some of these too-good-not-to-try no-bake granola bars. Our bodies and minds will thank us for this heavenly delight.

This recipe is a awesome combo of protein, healthy fats and natural sweeteners to sustain you as a mid-morning snack or afternoon pick-me-up.  If you have a nut allergy, replace the nut butter with sunflower seed butter (sun butter).

Food processors make these a breeze to make. If you don’t have one borrow one from a friend. Blenders make a good substitute, but you’d be best off making small batches.

Combine oats, seeds/nuts and dates. 2
