What makes you shine? Can you recognize your impediments to joy?
In an effort to plant a self care practice of my own, it was important for me to define what sustainable self care means.
Let's say there's 100 books that need to be moved from one room to another, would you be inclined to take them all at once or one at a time?
I think the best answer is the 'goldilocks' approach - find out that sweet spot that allows you to get a task done without burning out.
So, I offer you a working definition: Figuring out how much you can carry without sacrificing your health or happiness.
